Not totally non stick

Nice handling pan, lightweight and nice grip handle. However, you cannot boil milk in this as it burns and sticks round the edges and you have to keep swirling the milk around to try and stop this. The brown stains of burnt milk still occur even if you do this and burnt on material cannot easily be removed. Okay if you wish to bring milk up to just bubbling round the edges. No good if you need to boil milk to make custard etc. Very disappointed. Although it was not very expensive compared to some pans, it was not the cheapest either. Nice to have pouring lips either side though but nicer still if I didn't have the problem of trying to get this pan clean every time.Read full review...
