Excellent little mp3 player. Very easy to use compared with some of the obscure brand players being sold on ebay. Plays avi video without problems but does not appear to play mp4. Touch screen reacts quickly. All in all a good product.Read full review

Poor product

This is not refurb at all. I refurb phones all day, replacing parts,make sure it works properly and wipe all data from the phones.
But instead I get this MP4 player, not refurb, screen does not working that well at all and lots of data on it.
This is not worth buying just pay a little bit more for new one.

Good points, easy to navigate, loads of storage, good battery life. Only bad point is the sound quality, while not bad, it could be better with perhaps a little more base added. Earphones not great either but these are easily changed. All in all not a bad product for the price.Read full review

Exactly what I ordered...

I bought this because it was the only affordable mp3 player with built-in speakers I could find.

Unfortunately, the touchscreen is not very responsive to touch, the device occasionally freezes and the audio volume for both the speaker and earphones are barely loud enough at maximum.

Poor- not worth money

Battery charger does not work, have to keep refreshing device and select charge. Have not been able to fully charge it yet even though left overnight.
Music selection a nightmare, scroll doesn't work very well at all.
Touch screen select function very hit and miss.
