These are great. What a wonderful way to get your healthy protein.

Soy will pick up whatever flavor you cook it in. I did them in a barbeque sauce for a pulled "pork like" sandwich, I also seasoned them with a chicken flavored spice while cooking in a frying pan and added them on top of a salad. You can saute them with veggies and put them on top of pasta. Use your imagination. These are really cool.
