For the uninitiated, the idea of spending this kind of money - on something that isn't an 'effect' - is difficult. But the DC7 will clean up the noise in your signal and make your effects perform optimally. They will sound like new pedals: more clarity and perceived headroom due to the lower noise-floor.

Most power supplies will give you one-or-two 'odd voltages' - but what if you need more 12,15 or 18volt outputs? The advantage to the Cioks is that you can vary the voltage on each output. Maybe you don't need them now - but pedalboards are always evolving. Players are always rotating new effects onto their boards. You want a power supply that is going to keep up with the changes.

Best power supply, hands down.

This does everything a power supply should do, and it does it exceptionally well. You can select the voltage for each outlet, and each of those outlets puts out enough juice to run any pedal you want. I bought this because my old supply wasn’t enough to power some of my digital pedals. This powers everything perfectly, and all of my pedals run without any static or hiss.

The power supply is also pretty small and lightweight, which cuts down on space and weight. I also love that you can buy expansion units, if for some reason you need more outlets in the future.

If you want an isolated power supply that will power anything and have your pedals sound the best they possibly can, then skip over the others and get this one. Everything about it is perfect, and it will serve anyone’s power needs perfectly. Read full review

Fantastic flexibility, great quality

The best power supply at a very reasonable price.

Outstanding source of clean power. It is very versatile. I can combine outputs to power an Effectrode Tube Drive which requires 1 amp. and still have plenty of outputs for my other pedals. The clean power really makes a difference too.
This is worth every penny. The fact that it is expandable just makes it even better. Much better than all of those wall worts or other power supplies that aren't as clean and flexible.
