Just plug-in and connect to battery. I had a very old bad car lead battery that after charging with the reconditioning function worked normal again after 24 hours. I can warmly recommend this product. Charges small motorbike batteries too on separate "bike" function.

No charger is stuck in step 5 and does not continue until 7 or 8 I tried a few batteries and it fails to finish charging and turns on a red lamp step 5
