3a cable yet plug came fitted with a 13a fuse. Clover connector doesn't fit my laptops power brick very well and always falls out. After 6 months the cable stopped working - tested with a multimeter and the neutral conductor was open circuit, as was the Earth. Lasted just 3 months. Avoid this dodgy item.
Initially this looked quite a good quality item. However, after just 3 months it stopped working. So we checked to make sure that the fuse hadn't gone. The item should have had a 5 amp fuse but what we found looked very odd and difficult to make out the rating. When we tried to replace the fuse we found that none of our new fuses would fit into the fuse housing. It is too small. Obviously not up to British standards.
