Bait and switch

I have two Canaries and I've been a user for more than a year (purchased elsewhere). I loved this product until just recently September 2017, when Canary started downgrading the features of this device to get people to switch to their expensive subscription plans. Its definitely not a cheap device and now the company is pulling a bait and switch game, I'm very disappointed! Unless you pay the subscription fee your recordings are now almost useless - limited to 10 second clips. Night mode has also been crippled. The device was a good deal before, its not any longer. I recommended this device to many of my friends, now I'm telling them to stay clear.Read full review...

Works great, simple to set up. I did have a problem and the tech support answered my question quickly. Works well. Sends a notification to my phone when someone is around when they snould not be.
