Great normal lens for any crop Canon camera.

Small and lighweight, well-built, nice picture quality, silent AF. Quite fast (f/2.8 is enough for most cases + it's useful at its widest 2.8) and very well build.

Gives about 40mm EFL which is perfect for street photography (small dimensions is an additional bonus here), good as 'normal' lens.

Picture quality even if not so good as EF24/1.4 or EF24/2.8IS (which I prefer over 24/1.4 in image quality and comfort in use due to the compact size), still far better than kit zoom lens.Read full review...

Nice prime

Great lens!!!

Love this lens, been using it on my t6i. Super sharp and nice bokeh. No image stabilization, but as wide as it is not super necessary. After a nifty 50 this the lens I would recommend to everyone
