Canon PGI-550XL/CLI-551XL Multipack Inkjet Cartridges

I only ever use originals but

wish the manufacturers would make a compatible range themselves, ie, take back the empty cartridges from customers and refill them then return them to them at a discounted rate, like a subscription type system. They are dear really and something needs to be done about bringing the prices down. Check carefully you may think the inks are XL but only one is.

The product is good. Advertising it I think needs clarification. When you look quickly you see a large XL but the only XL ink is the black. The rest are not XL. You have to look carefully to see the rest of the inks are not XL easy trap to fall into.Read full review

For some reason my printer goes through magenta and yellow like a dose of salts, so not having grey is less of a problem than not having those two colours. The big Black is another good 'colour'.
