This is an excellent grill pan or skillet pan it is robust and well made It is quite heavy [ so beware dont drop on your toe ] it is not massive in size so you will have to plan what you are going to cook it or buy 2 Don't think this would be suitable for a dish washer as the strong detergent might effect the metal over haul it would get 5 starsRead full review...
