Chaos Wars for the playstation 2. This game is perhaps one of the most least known in the rpg gaming world for the Playstation 2. The artwork for this game is nothing short of amazing as well as the animation. Though unfortunately those are the only finer points in this game. The voice acting is terrible and so obvious that it was done without any passion for the roles. Seriously when I listened to the voice acting I was brought to think of people standing there reading or smoking while saying the lines. As if they had nothing better to do. The battle system is by far one of the worst I have seen in all my years of game reviewing. I will give props to the storyline which had such potential but the bad voice acting and the poor battle system lost it for me. In addition when I had toggled the language from Japanese to English in the battles the language switched to Japanese though remained English in the regular conversations. All in all I have to give this game two thumbs... Two thumbs DOWN. If you want to waste your time and money then this is the game for you.
