The kit which should have come with the fryer and not sold separately works well. So not worth the extra $25 but you do get more use out of your fryer with it. Clean up is easy because they are dishwasher safe. I have not tried the rib hooks yet but have done kababs and potatoes and it worked great. If you own a Big Easy fryer you have to get these accessories. You can cook almost anything with this set. Perfect ribs and the leg rack makes the chicken so much easier to cook. The Big Easy fryer, is the best thing I could of gotten.
The kit was straight wore wards as to their use. I used the rib holders the day the arrived and never had used any thing like them before, the ribs turn out too be the best I had ever cooked.
