Christian Counselor's Medical Desk Reference by Robert D. Smith (2000, Hardcover)

Very useful resource for the biblical counselor.

Although portions of this book may be a bit dated, the concepts are still applicable and useful to a biblical counselor today. Smith takes pretty much an "Adams" hard line approach to the subject, especially in regards to the use of drugs to cover mental issues such as depression. I wouldn't want this to be my only resource for researching such matters. but nevertheless find it quite useful.Read full review
