Not perfect, but still a fantasticly good value ISO-certified dive watch.
I will preface the review by saying I do love this watch a lot. £155 for an ISO-certified dive watch is ridiculous value-for-money. That said, there are a few minor issues that causes it to lose half a star to a 4.5 rating: The first being that the applied indices are slightly misaligned. Purely a cosmetic issue and does not impact the functionality of the watch whatsoever, nontheless it does indicate a QC issue and is completely luck of the draw whether you get one properly aligned or not. The 2nd being that the hole where the springbar holds the straps to the watch makes a clicking noise when you press where the strap meets the watch case. Once again a minor issue, one that can be solved by swapping out the strap, alhought that leads to a 3rd con, which is the odd lug width of 15mm. Straps are more commonly found in even numbered widths (20mm, 16mm etc) so finding alternative straps will be tricky for this watch. Lastly this is a small watch at 34mm so visiblity can be tricky, especially with the deeply recessed date window.
Nontheless this watch packs a lot of features and value into such a small package, the biggest being the eco-drive movement within. The second hand consistantly hits the marks, the 60 click uni-directional bezel is practical and accurate with no backplay, the lume is bright and strong and a very pleasing shade of blue on the dial and hands, with a green lumed pip on the bezel. Combine all that with the 200m water resistance ISO-certification and what you have is a great overall package. It's not the perfect dive watch, but it comes pretty damned close to it.Read full review
Super little watch
Bought this to replace my old which died after 10 years of use. Just as good. Really pleased with it.
