Excellent for cleaning caravan/motorhome drinking water systems.

I have been using Puriclean for many years, sterilising wine making equipment and also for cleaning of my motorhome water system. It doesn't affect stainless steel boilers so its great for caravans etc.
Touch wood, I have never had a problem with sour tasting water in my caravans or motorhomes, that's 40 years.
The only problem I have encountered is ensuring the Puriclean powder thoroughly dissolves. Mix a batch in warm water before you put it in the tank!Read full review

Cleaning water tanks in motorhome.

Used this for the first time - you do need to make sure it dissolves. My first attempt just clumped in the bottom of the jug. Left in fresh water tank overnight, ran through to grey waste tank and then dumped. Both tanks smell clean and fresh. Plenty left in the tub for at least four more treatments which will see us into next year now. Will be purchasing again.Read full review

Good safety product.

I was late ordering this so it arrived the day before I was due to go away in my motorhome. I had to give it the minimum time recommended and flushed it out once before filling with fresh water.
r>I was pleased that there was no aftertaste, some sterilisers do leave a taste in the water.

All in all I will be buying this product again, although not for a few seasons because you don't use a lot, 20 teaspoonfuls was enough to treat the 90 litre freshwater tank on my motorhome, I estimate there are at least 4 more doses in the tub.

Easy to use and it works

We live on a narrow boat and needed to clean our water tank. Puriclean seems to have done a good job and there’s no after taste. Easy to use, clear instructions. Save water container and pipe cleaning

Cleans caravan and motorhome fresh water tanks and pipes. Removes bio film but doesnt damage the stainless steel heat exchangers in the hot water boiler, unlike chlorine based products. Leaves tank and pipes clean without a chemical after taste. Have used this product 2 to 3 times each season and I have been able to drink the onboard water supply without having an upset tummy.
