Not just for quilters!

As a new quilter I soon realised that an ordinary iron just wasn't practical. This is a must in my opinion and I like that you can buy different ends. It DOES take a while to get hot but that's no problem. It's quite safe just lying on its side as the end doesn't touch the surface and it's convenient having it within the sewing area. I also use it when pressing small hems.Read full review

Great little addition

Been thinking about buying this item for quite a while and now I don’t know why I waited, it’s great, ideal for some of the more intricate patterns I am doing with my patchwork, I get nice flat seams on the smallest of pieces, it removes any fine quilting lines after sewing, I did buy the thin flat attachment to go with the iron and am really pleased with the combination.Read full review

Ideal product

I bought this product for my daughter who had many flags to make for a Christmas banner and she was having difficulties with ironing the small seams - problem solved with the Clover Mini Iron 11

Brilliant little gadget

Brilliant little gadget for getting into all those little awkward places. dont know why I havnt bought one before. Two temp settings, I only used the high setting as working with cotton.Takes a little while to come up to full temp but once there its good. Dont be fooled by its tinyness, it gets Hot, be carefull. One small niggle, the stand is pretty useless and tips over easily. There is a more substantial stand but it was out of stock. worth investing in when available.Read full review

lightweight and versatile

I know this is promoted for use with fabrics, but I have found it perfect for working with wood veneer. 2 temperatures setting is great. It is a great size for fiddly corners and small repairs.
My pnly complaint is the guard does not cover the top so a perfect [lace to burn your finger - as I did.Read full review

A nice mine iron with accessories.

I bought this for a 3rd party who absolutely loves it. It is easier to press seams and to iron on binding etc. Others are available and cheaper, but I don't know if the accessories for this one would fit and they don't appear to have their own accessories. For tat reason this was the best buy.Read full review
