I miss dairy really badly.

I have to cut dairy out of my diet for... reasons. Anyway, I thought I would try this as a healthy evaporated milk/milk substitute for my coffee. Naturally, this comes nowhere close to the rich texture of evap milk. It has a nice nutty flavor, but I couldn't achieve the same light brown milky color that I get with milk even after using a ton of this stuff. It dissolved pretty well in my super hot coffee, but it fell short of expectations. It may be satisfactory for some, but is not for me.Read full review

Not a fan

Was expecting MCT powder to be the main ingredient - it's not. In fact, there are a lot of ingredients that make this more of a Powdered Coffee Creamer. Not "Healthy" alternative.

Great alternative to the unhealthy forms of powdered creamers out there. Smooth texture. No overwhelming flavor. Wonderful to have a healthy choice! Pricier of course and well worth it!
