Changed my Life for the better ;-)

I had a few aches and pains, sore knees and wrist and thumb (No Comments please ;-) )
Someone suggested Cod Liver Oil so I gave it a go, within a week the aches had gone, I take 3 a day every day 1st thing with a cuppa and no after taste.
Now my partner takes them and she says they've made a huge difference to her joints and notices the difference if she forgets to take them.
