Great mills but be prepared to possibly have to re-glue or return!

I bought these to replace an identical set of Cole & Mason wood and acrylic mills which I'd had for many years but where the salt mill's grinder had failed. The new set arrived only part full and when I removed the salt mill's top to add salt the acrylic container came away from the wooden base where they'd not been glued together properly. Rather than have the hassle of returning them and possibly find that the replacement set had the same problem (other reviews have found the same fault) I decided to glue the salt mill back together (allowing the glue to set properly before re-filling) and keep them. If not for the glue issue they'd be 5/5 and I'm hoping that they'll now give me as many years good service as the old ones. The old pepper mill is still good so I've kept it for use elsewhere.
