Good but not perfect

This is a great product. It does everything the write ups say it does so I won’t harp on about that but will comment on where it falls short, hence the four stars. The first shortfall is the charging unit is not of great quality - the plastic charging unit is flimsy and the metal charging pins can sometimes get pushed down and stuck into the plastic rendering them useless unless you find a way to safely pry them out again. For a product at this price point, my opinion is that this is not acceptable.
My other gripe is that the wireless connectors are too big for certain uses. For example foot and ankle work. For smaller areas like this the cumbersome connectors just don’t fit.
Other than these 2 gripes it’s a fantastic product but I, personally, would’ve been better off with the less expensive, wired, SP 4.0.Read full review

The compex 8.0 is brilliant , being wireless I’m able to use it whilst exercising without the aggro of worrying about wires.
It’s really helped with my rehab from a long term knee injury
