Works for leg cramps but gives you a wicked headache

My husband and I recently bought an Alexapure water filter and after drinking the water (which is now wonderful) for a few weeks we both started getting leg cramps. I found out I needed to add trace minerals to replace what the filter was taking out.

This product did stop the leg cramps along with the help of Magnesium Drops by the same company. We both started getting headaches soon after we started using the Mineral drops. I was very careful to follow the directions on the package down to the drop. We both stopped using it and the headaches didn't come so I know it was this product causing the problem. I'm still using the Mineral Drops but only half of the recommended starting dose and not every day.

I have re-ordered Mineral Drops from NOW Foods (a brand I'm familiar with) and will review those after we have used them a while.Read full review

Remineralizing water makes sense to me

I leave those that will argue about distilled water being good or bad, and just remineralize distilled water with this product. Most store bought bottled water is just water from someone else's tap. And the argument that distilled water can strip minerals sounds valid. Great Foundation Product for Healthy Living

This is an incredible product, but has to be used in a consistent ongoing fashion to be fully effective. I highly recommend going to the manufacturer's website at traceminerals dot com to watch their videos and read more about their products.

I have been using the Trace Minerals product consistently for the past 30 months. I mix 80 drops of the Trace Minerals into about a half gallon of RO (reverse osmosis) water which is best suited for absorbency by the body. I also mix in a small packet of powdered drink mix to give it a little flavor.

I worked up to the 80 drops over several weeks. Every body is different as far as dosage, so build up the dosage over several weeks and when you get a loose stool, back it off until stool firms, that's your max dosage. The dosage can change over time, not all that much.

I also take a bunch more when I start getting sick. It flushes the system and has helped my immune system fight off the various cruds.

I am 59 years old and have noticed less joint pain, more strength and stamina, higher testosterone levels, grey hair color gradually reversing to the color of my youth, improving medical test numbers, and just generally better health.

Make no mistake, this is not a quick fix and it's not something you take for a year and you're cured. This has been helping with my cramping and also makes water taste great. I don't take the whole dosage at once, I do some throughout the day and the taste is great. IF you do it all at once it is a little salty but not even that bad. I put about 10-15 drops in bottled water for the most perfect electrolyte and it improves the taste.
