Great Value Microwave
When this microwave turned up a few weeks ago, I was pleasantly surprised to find that apart from the different shaped knobs and handle, it's exactly the same as the Morphy Richards one I was retiring to use in my shed! No problems finding space for it in my kitchen then as all the casing pressings and even the warning stickers are identical. The Morphy Richards has lasted years and is easy to use and clean, so this one, badge engineered with Cookology, should be the same. I'm a bit of a technophobe and I find this new one fairly quiet in operation, easy to keep clean (very important to me) and for the price, great value for money. it is better than expected because funds are tight at the moment and it's one of the cheapest on the market... Buttons Difficult to Operate
This is a nice little microwave which works well for the money. It is also very similar to my last one which broke. However, do not buy this unless you have strong fingers. The top button turns fairly easily....not so the bottom one. Both controls are smooth, with nothing to help the grip, and the bottom one Is very stiff, making it a real chore to set the timer. Just what I needed, just plain and simple, no stupid settings that are not needed, let’s face it you need a microwave to defrost, and cook, that’s it done, simple. I had what Panasonic called all whistles and bells microwave I had it for about 2 months, you couldn’t even really see the panel as it never lit up, how ridiculous, I threw it in the bin once this Cookology one arrived, this beats that Panasonic one 100% . Excellent Microwave
Due to the age of my combination microwave, which wasn't working as good as it used to work and the fact that I now live alone,, I decided to buy a basic microwave oven. I had read good reviews about the Cookology microwave oven, so I bought it.
