Great generator for running an RV with 13500 a/c unit

A little heavier than other models but has the wattage to run my 13500 a/c unit in my trailer. Quiet, easy to use and portable. The only thing that would make this a better unit would be a duel fuel unit with propane or gas. Comes with a small tool kit for spark plug, oil fill funnel. The access on this craftsman is great with no tools required for removal to access doors. AND its made by Genrac for Craftsman, even has the Genrac sticker included.

Only reason I don't rate it at 5 stars is no duel fuel. Filling the small 1 gallon gas tank caused me to spill fuel over the unit. I,ll have to either get a small 2 gallon gas can, or a fuel ransfer pump to refill from a larger gas can.Read full review

Works well when running, a pain to start.

Takes about 20-30 pulls to get started if sitting any longer than a few days. Seems like a good quality generator, just a pain to start. Once running it powers the 14k btu ac on our pickup camper no problem. Super quiet as well. I want to love the gen just a pain to start.Read full review

Great Unit for smaller RVs

Great price. Very quiet. Made by Generac. Reasonable weight. Craftsman name standing behind it. Worked great. Always started within three pulls. Fuel efficient--depending on load, sometimes it would make it overnight and sometimes not. Easily started my 8500 BTU A/C unit and ran my microwave at the same time. It will be several months before I will be able start this inverter because of surgery problems. I am looking forward in using this generator because I have only seen great reviews. I will never buy a Honda again because they have cheapened there products and no longer have the reliability that they once had. Be ware!
