A Must for everyone!
I found the waterproofing coating very easy to go on with both a paint brush and roller!
used it on my flat roof and guttering I have even used this on my tiled main roof to fill a gap where a slate is cracked slate from where my neighbours roof joins up to mine.

Tough stuff !
Great for flat roof repairs and long term temporary fixes of various cracks where water seeps in.
If you put it on thick it can take ages to dry so can be best in several thin coats.
The fumes are strong so not good for inside or in confined space.
The fibres in it do help bridging cracks.Read full review

Difficult stuff
Applied it with a roller. All went well for a sq. metre or so but then the material would not pick up and it got progressively worse with the result that the roof looks a mess with lumps of fibre sticking up everywhere. The tin does not show any indication of what could be used to thin it or clean the brushes/rollers.Read full review
