Crosman Pellgun Oil (0241)

Very user friendly oil

I have tended over the years to use Crosman oils with Crosman products. There are many other good silicon oils but I have found the Crosman oil easy to apply to 12G Co2 Capsules and generally good for seals and in the case of longer pressure chambers there is eased release of empty capsules. All this may be true of many other well known oils but I feel that Crosman a oil used to lubricate Crosman products has proved quite satisfactory. The oil is simple and economical to apply give the design of the nozzle which is a very user friendly advantage. Larger containers are better used with a separate dropper, In short I have no desire to change my choice of oils.Read full review

Seems good so far.

Seems pretty good. Only time will tell I guess. I put a drop on the tip of each CO2 bulb I load into my gun, it should lubricate the internal seals and keep the gun in good condition. I'm encouraged that when I unscrew the bulb and it vents the last gas, I'm seeing fluid being blown down the neck. it is a small lightweight tube with big intentions

I had just bought my first air riffle \but with it been a bolt firing action lever this was very stiff to use with it been new, I was going to use 3in1 oil on it but I was told by a professional gunsmith that would clog it up do not use anything but crosmans pellgun oil for all riffles you just need very little of oil were wanted, I have got a co2 riffle and said put a little of the oil on each pointed end of the cartridge this will lubricate the barrel but do not over do it hope this as been very helpful to all,Read full review

i bought this oil as its recommended for co2 pistols. I recentley bought a remington 1911 co2 pistol and the reviews all said they are prone to leaks from the c02 valve. before first use i put a couple of drops of pellgun oil on the top of the cartridge before inserting into the gun, works a treat creating a good seal and lubricating the rest of the pistol when fired.ive left a magazine in the pistol for weeks and no leaks whatsoever because of the application of this oil.Read full review

A Product the sort of arrived in the uk with co2 capsule lubrication, all i can say i use 1 goid drop on my 2240 pistol for 1.5 years and have not yet re-sealed it yet, lubricates seals works good, down side the price.Read full review

Does what it says on the tin.

I've used it for years to prevent the seals on my co2 guns hardening. Just put a droplet on the co2 bulb before putting it in the gun and directly onto the seal after use. As a result I haven't needed to replace any seal on any gun. Can't say fairer than that.Read full review

Does the job

Used this to wet the seals and the oil wiper on a Daisy 717 target pistol.
