When I unpacked the items for assembly I wasn’t impressed with the “lightweight” material but once put together I was surprised at how good and strong it was

Lousy quality, flimsy, not fit for purpose, sharp edges
Probably the worst item I’ve ver bought. Where do I start?
1. The shelves are made of 3mm hardboard! How could they support 175 kilos? This will end up like wet cardboard in most garages.
<br>2. The frame is a fraction of a MM thick. It has loads of sharp edges. It’s also badly formed and I’ll-fitting. It bends if you look at it.
3. The instructions are inadequate. You end up figuring it out for yourself.
4. Quality control is awful. Mine had bent bits and was missing two shelves.
5. You’ll need a rubber mallet to put it together.

Strong but tricky to assemble.
It's very strong and rigid but tricky to assemble - there's a knack to slotting the cross members into the uprights that took a long time to master. Use a small knife to guide the tongues into the slots, and a rubber mallet to knock them home. Good value though.Read full review...

Had some racking 18 months ago and bought 2 more.
Arrived quickly, well packaged. Instructions very poor, only 4 photos very little written. A bit more flimsy than older one e.g. only hardboard shelves, previous purchase were much thicker chipboard.
A bit disappointed.

A good rack for storage
The rack is a good size and is easy to assemble. Bought this for a utility room that I built and it held all the items in my garage. Sturdy too.

Don't buy...total waste of money...and effort.
Simply put these shelving units are absolute rubbish. The metal stanchions and cross members are just thick enough to wrap a Christmas turkey...but not much use for anything else. As for the MDF shelves...slightly thicker than cardboard.
175kg per shelf?...I wish! Put a few lightweight tins and cans and look what happens. The blow torch should be upright but the shelf has bowed so much I can't stand anything tall on them at all.
