Good value, good quality and it's easy to use

Had this hand blender for 15 months now, paid £5.49 for it. Bought it to quickly mix up powdered shakes. It was very good value, good quality and easy to use & clean. However, it does take some getting use to, but if you hold it at an angle in the bowl and (very importantly) use it in short bursts or pulses it's very quick and efficient. Power problem

I used the blender to blitz some soup and it tripped the power sockets in the flat. It feels too powerful to actually let it go at top speed so I just pulse in short bursts.

One speed but great!

I only wanted something cheap because it was to break up cat food. The food I buy is 'as good as it looks' but the cat just licks the jelly. The meat/fish bits are tough to mash up so this was the answer. Works well, one speed and very easy to clean!Read full review

Solid for the price

I have used other blenders but this one is so convenient. I just use a jug and then blend. It is fast, sharp and easy to clean. It also fits in my kitchen drawer nicely too. Excellent; useful product.

Decent cheap whizz stick

What can I say for £5? It works, it blends and chops! Good for £5. Can't see it lasting with heavy long term use, but I only use it occasionally anyway.

Powerful hand blender at a very economical price.

For the very low price was just expecting a basic,average powered blender,but was pleasantly surprised at how powerful and well made it is,originally mainly wanted it for spinach,and hoped it would be powerful enough to purée it,but it's powerful enough to make Hummus,Thai curry paste and everything else I've tried it with.
