Classic Choice.
These strings are nice and bouncy, if you will. they have a nice texture and light to do some bends if wanted. The price is right and the product is great........D'Addario.......name of guitar string choice!!Read full review...
Staying in Tune is important
I've never had an issue with this guitar, and having recently changed strings on a number of guitars, I don't believe it is operator error. But these darn strings will NOT stay in tune. They've been on the guitar for almost a month, and they are consistently and significantly out of tune when I pick up the guitar. I don't know what "regular" tension is, but I've never had this problem before.Read full review...

Good strings at a moderate price.
Overall, I like the DA classical guitar strings. I cannot give an in depth review because unfortunately, not long after I installed the strings on a classical guitar, the bridge lifted off from the guitar top. I want to emphasize that this event has nothing to do with the strings themselves.
The guitar is a recent purchase from Ebay, and it is over 50 years old. Apparently, sometime during its life, the guitar lost the bridge, and it was reattached by someone by using cyanoacrilate (Super Glue). Nevertheless, the strings had good tone and sustain, although they would probably not be suitable for recital work.Read full review...

Nice classical guitar sound.
Took a few days to stretch in, but that's normal for nylon strings.Sound and play-ability good on my old guitar. Bass end is really round with good sustain. The uppers you have to pull it out a little, but I like that. Gives me more room for expression. Produces a nice classical guitar sound envelope. I recommend them.Read full review...

Ecellent strings but not the "brightest" sound.
If you are looking for a really "bright" "big" sound these strings won't deliver However, they are smooth to finger, produce a very lovely soft sound and, in my opinion, are great for acoustic voice back up. Read full review...

Great guitar strings at a great price.
I've been using D'addario classic guitar strings for many years and they are great. These strings stay in tune and last a long time even if you play them everyday and the price is right.

Musicians quality.
To a beginners as well as a pro, quality is the issue. D'Addario is quality, the price can't be beaten. I recommend all musicians to look for the mark of excellence, and its value.

Nylon strings work great with less stress
The color coded tags made the string identification easier. They seem to not stretch out of tune as bad as some. I used these on an old child/student guitar that was given to me. It was coming apart and warped, so I glued it back together and decided to use nylon strings in hopes that it wouldn't be as much of a strain. The strings sound good on an old beat up guitar. Great strings, worth the look
The strings are really good and have a quality sound. Although I am not student level, I decided to try them and I was impressed. I have been playing for a lot of years and these strings are among some of the better ones I have used.Read full review...
