D-2 is easy and effective!
It's easy to use, just spray, wait 15 minutes then spray with water and watch as the lichens and algae get flushed away. Easy-peasey and highly effective. The granite gravestone looks brand new again. Even in the intricately carved areas. Will definitely use this again and again.Read full review

Wonderful cleaning solution!!
Great Solution!! We used this on our white marble headstone and could not believe the results. Really remarkable cleaning job!! Also unbelievable, but the stone kept getting cleaner/whiter as time has passed. The stone has been there since 1966, and it has not looked this good since it was new. I purchased the D2 product strictly off reviews for tombstones cleaning products. I had a badly neglected
family stone in another state that was in bad need of attention. I followed the instruction and sprayed the stone down with the D2 solution waited 15 minutes, gave it a good scrubbing with a soft deck brush, and rinsed it off with water. I went by on my way out of town and though the stone looked 90% better. This time
I gave it a second spraying of D2 solution and left it on to do its work. I anticipate when I return in two weeks I can report a 100% improvement. I highly recommend this product. It is a little expensive. But it is effective and safer to use than bleach and acid, and much safer for the stone.Read full review

Sometimes you do get what you pay for!
I purchased this product specifically to clean tombstones. Our time was limited; which I am mentioning since I had to "rush" the results....Several of the stones were never cleaned and they were there since the 1800 's. A couple of them had quite a bit of algae and or moss. It did not come off super easy, but I think if I had more time I would have seen better results. I did not "spray and walk away" which was also an option mentioned on the directions. I should have at least sprayed the areas that were really bad- which were the rough parts on the sides of the stones. It would have continued to work on those specific areas until our next visit. The smooth areas came out great- right away!!!
I would definitely recommend this product. It's expensive, but sometimes you do have to pay for what you get! I did not know how well it worked, so when I ordered it, I didn't want to order an excessive amount until I tried it. But now that I know the results, I wish I would have ordered a larger bottle, I really could have used it!Read full review

Expensive, but safe and VERY effective
The price of this stuff is mildly staggering, but it works!! It works really, really well and I felt like I was using the best product without risking damage of precious old gravestones. So, there are times in life where you can only find one solution and you pay what you pay!
