You'll wish you'd bought one years ago!
Having as I do, an occasional need for the moving and raising of various very heavy items such as engineering rotary tables and vices onto milling machines, I finally decided to buy two of these excellent lifts as it occurred to me that a pair of them can be used to bridge steps and thresholds by sliding heavy objects from one to the other on a suitably sturdy MDF or laminated board or even a scaffold plank for longer distances, since engine cranes can't travel through narrow doorways and the alternative is an 'A' frame type of gantry crane with a sliding block and tackle or cable winch.
Mine arrived next day by DHL who left them outside as requested and I'm very impessed with how solid they are and that these Dirty Pro ones use a twist knob to gently release pressure and lower the table rather than a second foot pedal to the left of the pumping pedal which apparently causes many people to accidentally drop the lift unintentionally, which needless to say could be extremely hazardous to one or another's health. Worst case, you might even damage the item you're lifting! Need I say more?
Having many very heavy items and seeing the obvious potential to lay a sheet of 8'x4' plywood etc. on four of these, creating a mobile height adjustable workbench, I just ordered two more and I'm confident that they'll be here on Tuesday as expected, today being a Sunday.
They even come with the wheels fitted, two braked, two unbraked but all four swivelling fully and the only assembly required is to insert the foot pedal bar into the top of the bottle jack and screw in the cap head bolt with a 6mm hex wrench, (not supplied but finger tight will do fine if you can't find one).
My only criticism would be that the black safety locking pin/tube that goes through the base is only provided with three hole locations at heights well short of full extension but I'll punch and drill a couple more with a step-drill if needed. The table feels very rigid even at the top since the riveted hinge pins are completely free of play or backlash.
My lifts both raise to about 930mm with no load before the rams top out and lowering is smooth and very finely controllable. The rubber mat is 6mm thick, very grippy and well stuck on and the black powder coat finish is also thick and well applied and there are no sharp corners anywhere on mine.
I'd have no worries jet washing a bike on them with the occasional squirt of WD40 white lithium grease for maintenance of the scissor hinges.Read full review...

A brilliant piece of kit, i'm using it to lift large heavy 4x4 wheels into place around my hydraulic car lift, after disk pad replacement etc, as i can on my own precisely raise or lower the wheel to match the height of the wheel studs, it used to take two people to do this manually and then sometimes with difficulty …. i know its a motor cycle lift but it suits my application a treat .. thanks. I enjoy working on my dirt bike, this lift makes it even better. It's super stable in all directions. You can pull either wheel off and the balance is not effected at all.
I leave my bike chained to the stand at full height in the garage, between rides, as another security measure.
