Good Deal!!

Love this. Doesn't come with battery as stated but still a good deal! It's great for getting into difficult to reach areas, so versatile. Not tried the sander yet, love it though. It is quite noisy but as it's so quick and easy to use you don't need to hear it for long. Read full review...

Powerful and very useful!

Bought to remove tile adhesive as the first DIY job but with the attachment it makes a very powerful delta sander. The saw blade attachment not only allowed me to cut out a perfect socket hole in plasterboard but also to part some MDF from a strip of wood I'd incorrectly glued it to. So far more useful than I thought, and of course it uses very standard DeWalt 18v batteries.Read full review...

Another usefull addition to the tool kit.

As ever a good quality, well made tool from Dewalt. The tool was bought bare as I already have other Dewalt tools using the same batteries.
Light, convenient and powerful. It's easy to change the blades with the tool-less system.Read full review...

Works as you'd hope

The quick release system works well and it comes with a hex adapter to allow you to use the standard type of tool/bit.

The unit is a decent weight and fairly balanced.

I've used this for cutting into wood door frames, cutting plasterboard walls and chopping cooper pipe.

Decent tips will make your life easier, though cheap knock offs do the trick.

Dewalt bare Oscillating tool

Excellent tool for getting into those hard to reach areas. First job was to cut into plasterboard with plastic trunking behind it. It was to lower a set of socket outlets. I was able to cut the lid and remove the sides whilst the socket was live due to the thin blades and a metal sheet to protect the cables. This meant I could prepare the area first, having little down time for the clients with no electric. With its variable speed trigger, it makes easy precision cutting effortless. I’ve also seen this machine hack away into a metal stud frame to fit a deep electric solenoid bolt, with ease. That’s partly why I was impressed with this machine, and bought one myself.
Excellent piece of kit. T.B. Essex

Cordless Power Wherever I Need It All Day

I couldn't resist the price even though I already have a Porter-Cable corded Multi-Tool for 110v. Wow, the power and cordless convenience can't beat! I use it so much more often than I did my old plug-in tool. The 5Ah XR battery powers the DeWalt far longer than I ever need to run it.Read full review...

Excellent tool.

I bought this tool as a bare unit as I already have loads of batteries. This has to be one of the best investments I ever made. It has so many different uses. Trimming off the bottom of frames for flooring, cutting holes in stud walls. Cutting pipes off flush to the wall etc: I know this can all be done by hand but this makes life so much easier. Blades are a bit expensive so shop around, I don't think dewalt blades are the best. The cheaper ones work just as well.Read full review...

Bought this for removing window reveals for my house interior insulation project. I've already found lots more uses for it. Great tool, feels well made and uses same batteries as my other Dewalt tools.Read full review...

Dewalt multitool

Kinda hard to fault in any way. Only had it a short while and its trimmed skirting boards, cut electrical socket holes in all types of wall and even helped cut a door lock recess easily. If tools are new/sharp very impressive.Read full review...

Best battery multitool on the market.

Nice to hold thought it would have been heavier but it’s light.
Feels powerful and it is.
Good edition to my toolbox.
