Easy and cost effective repair.
I was somewhat disappointed when I started to cut some timbers using my jigsaw when suddenly most of the blade holder completely detached, leaving me unable to use it. A quick search found this, and it was a very easy and simple repair. Just two screws to change it, and it’s now like new again. I’m pleased this part broke rather than something more major like the gears inside. This jigsaw has done a lot of tough work using long blades, so I’m pretty impressed with it. Read full review
