Dippety dips

Firstly delivery was quick. It is as simple as it gets to put together, its 3 pieces, if you cant get that right then you need someone with you when you leave the house. Took 5 mins to put together. <br>Its light enough to move around easily in my garage but it is strong so there's no movement. For this price you just can't go wrong and dips are a great exercise that should be in everyone's programme whatever one you are following.

Better grip

Overall the station can hold an average person which is really excellent however the grip to place your hands on are so hard. Resulting in less dips because the hands get stressed as well and it hurts. Could've added one more star if the grip was ergonomically designed. But it is still great as a product overall.
