Good budget DVR for Dish Network

I use two of these DVR receivers; one in my RV, and one in a guest room at home. These are the best Dish Network DVR receivers for the price; both in initial purchase and monthly fees. The receivers work well, but initial setup can be tricky if you aren't familiar with doing a "check switch" in the setup menu. Other than that, my only other complaint would be the remote control, which is cluttered with very small buttons, so it can be a little difficult to get used to.Read full review

the receiver is everything it was advertised to be. However it is not compatible with the dish sysyem using the hopper with sling. It was intended to be used in my RV. Dish said only the 211 or the wally would work, and they could not activate it.Read full review
