So good I bought it twice! (But be aware this is an old model)

Bought this to replace a Tello drone that I lost while trying shots over the sea.
Once you get the hang of the set up it is easy to use but not in anything more than a slight breeze. For something so small, the pictures and videos are a reasonable quality.
Great for a beginner.

One caveat on this, the latest version of the Android app has to be downloaded directly from the manufacturer and when installing, the phone settings have to be set to allow,install from an external site. It can be done and appears to work fine but not as straight forward as it could be.Read full review

Not my first drone and was a bit sceptical as i wanted to use it outdoors.However this is just as stable and easier to control than my H502s and that has gps!.Flew it in mild wind today ( about 10 mph) and it didnt struggle that much, just dont be foolish and take it to max height.

The developers have made it awsome,affordable,super stable and very easy to use.App works very well with iphone,responsive cotrols and a simple uncluttered lay out.Photo quality is good and video is surprisingly ok.
Buy one if you dont mind the limited range and height which has been more than sufficient for me
A second battery is a must as you get lost in time and will want more that the 13 advertised minute flight time, i actually got about 11-12 mins from each battery. Read full review

Great fun

I got this because the weather was stopping me flying my big boy drone 😂. The tello can be used in doors and is a bit of fun also it can be flown by children as it's a toy drone , you get about 15 minutes flight time. I use my phone to control it but you use an xbox controller if you prefer. The camera is fine for fun shots just don't expect professional photos. Read full review

Great drone

You won't be sorry ,buying the tello , it is such a great drone , tello hovers ,in one spot using sensors which allows you to move the controlls slowly and get used to them as you learn to fly the drone ,
Which is needed for first time flyers , as other drones will need constant calibration .

Tello has fast and slow mode so you can start off slow and learn at your own pace , then when more confident fly on fast mode .
