Super pocket camera

Very good quality on videos and blogging with cool features. Once you get to know how to use it and become familiar with settings, then it’s fun all the way. The slow motion is mind blowing at 60fps and 4K really adds to the quality.
I am very happy with this DJI Osmo Pocket.

50/50 Maybe or Maybe not

It's ok. Not amazing. You really must understand it's functions, how it behaves and how to use it properly before just using it. You'll be thinking you are in video mode when actually you are in a photo mode. I never understand why it keeps dropping to photo mode. Generally useful but story mode is an utter waste of time, purely there just to promote DJI and it tags itself all over the video with bumper ads, which is not on. Furthermore, once you use any of the default stories, you can*t' really use them again otherwise all your video will look the same. I really don't like or appreciate this feature, it's very poor. Luckily you can use the system without attaching a phone. Battery doesn't last long enough and should have been designed with replaceable battery and why it's not wireless without having to spend another £50 is really out of order. I don't like DJI as a company as they are sly like this. It's nt worth £350, it's worth £99 and will be replaced with all the features they V1 should have in a couple weeks I am sure. Fun to use

After getting over the initial embarrassment of waving what looks like a toy camera in front of me I was really pleased with the ways it made my filming seen as though it had been taken by a professional. The slowmo is great in hd Res (though of course with no sound) and with the ability to film in 4k made as well it look even better. The only down side for me was the screen is so small!Read full review...

Nearly ideal

It works at around phone quality for photos and video. It would be ideal if it came with the wheel controller. At the moment I have to attach it to my phone to manually pan the camera which isn't ideal. But the quality is good (in good light). In low light it struggles (as you'd expect with that size of lens), but for what I want it for it is the best option I've found. Loads of accessories are available, so plenty of options for expansion if you need it.Read full review...

A great buy with great features, app needs work...

THE GOOD
The handheld product itself does exactly as advertised, and it gets better when connected to my phone, i'm extremely pleased with it...

THE BAD
The Dji App is buggy and some features don't work properly (Scenes feature)...
It didn't come with the correct android connector for my phone, but they are cheap to buy separately...

Pocket wonder

Who would have imagined a few years ago that you would be able to buy a still/video hybrid with a stabilized gimbal, colour touch screen and built in battery for less than £300? With 4K video at up to 60p? Instant sharing to social media? Me neither. It’s an excellent device, easy to use giving good results. Great combination of features and highly recommended. A must have for the amateur (or pro) movie maker

It delivers great video quality and cinematic steadiness for such a small product. It is so easy to take anywhere and put in you pocket (needs a cover to protect the lens and gimbal mechanism). The app is ok to create quick videos but you will need a lot of space on your phone as the 4K files can get big. The WiFi module is great to control the camera from your phone and also see the video on a bigger screen. I have also bought some ND filters to go with it and the videos are even more cinematic. It’s not an extreme action camera though as the gimbal mechanism seems fragile but for leisurely bike rides and walks it’s more than adequate. All the accessories can be a bit fiddly to put on and take off due to the size. Battery life is fairly short …under 2hrs on continuous recording. Overall I love it though.Read full review...

The best gadget ever made

Was cynical. Was wrong! Brilliant in (almost) every way.

ONLY DOWNSIDE: It has an i-phone and USB-C connector ONLY!!!! It doesn't connect to Micro-USB so is useless with Samsung android phones!
