Great PTD - Personal Torture Device

I hope to be doing the splits between 2 chairs like Van Damme after several months of this. Best to warm up before use. Great to use while wasting time watching TV. Just don't overdo it and injure yourself. Comes ready to use and no tools needed to setup or adjust.
I was very flexible when I was a teenager and did Tae Kwon Do. Lost alot of agility over the years and now getting it back. Whilst not 100% necessary for my WT kung fu training I feel that my kicks will be much more powerful if I am more flexible.

I have increased my leg splits stretch by a few inches maybe even 4 inches more than before I bought the item and I’ve only had it a week. Bare in mind, that I am new to stretching so, I am bound to have quicker results to start with. I hope this helps others.
