I bought this unit as I am suffering osteo-arthritis in my right knee and the consultant and physio told me I had to strengthen my leg muscles before they can do a knee replacement. I was in severe pain when walking but after a few sessions on the "bike" at least I can walk without excruciating pain and no need for a walking stick. The unit is very neat, and was easy to assemble. BUT, the "computer" supplied is a bit of a dead loss, as there is no indication which of 3 wires goes where on the back of the unit. Great apart from the computer

The manual should include more comprehensive instructions for the onboard computer. I am only using it aid fitness I'm not that bothered about the computer functions.
