Great lights at a great price, simple, reliable, effective.
These lights are perfect for being seen in poor riding conditions, during the day. They also light the way very clearly at night. The power bank feature is also very useful, however it seems you can only utilise half the power from the lights for charging other items, phones etc. I'm not sure if this is a safety feature or a fault. Overall I am very happy with these lights, the quality surprised me, given the price. I tend to use the low beam setting during the day, along with the rear red light on flash. Poor item.
Purchased two of these - came in identical DYZI boxes but one light had DYZI on it and the other didn't. The handlebar brackets look similar but were probably made in different factories as they are different designs (both bad).
Not made in GB as claimed.
Front light.
Power-wise it's ok for road use, as bright enough to ensure that you'll be seen by other road users - but you will of course blind on-coming car drivers unless you have it on low power or tilt it down to the floor.
"The handlebar brackets can be rotated 360 degrees" (handy if you feel the need to have it pointing sideways or at your saddle, lol!) but the indents on the pivot make it impossible to point one of them it in the same direction as the front wheel / handlebars / bike / your eyes. The other cannot be rotated at all, without taking the light off and using a screwdriver - they're supposed to be identical!
I went for a ride down a local, unlit, muddy lane that I know well, to see how the light would work in true darkness. I could see the road and the trees but telling the tarmac from the mud was not possible at more than about 3-4mph (as proved by the fact that I almost wound up in the ditch!).
The 'flash' mode does not flash, it strobes at stupid speed - I am not prone to epilepsy but would never dare ride with it strobing - even in daylight!
Rear light.
Not bright enough for in-town use and probably designed by someone who's never owned a bicycle.
When fitted to a seat-post the light points at the ground behind the back wheel because seat-posts lean backwards due to frames being triangular. It's not possible to alter the angle of the 'rubber band bracket' so this makes the light even less visible to drivers of vehicles behind you.
The battery charge lasts a really long time - because of the low current draw of the dim LEDs!
Probably adequate for night-time off-road use; where you want your mate behind to be able to see you, but not be dazzled by your rear light - but only if you can come up with a way of safely attaching the light somewhere.
Value for money.
I see what I paid (£18.77) as being a bit over the top - but as the price then shot up to £26.99 . . .
Charging.
The lights take a long time to charge - not helped of course by the fact that only a single charging lead is provided, so you can only charge one at a time (unless you have a few lying around of course).

Best entry level led light I've owned
Great front light which I have used on long rides both during the day and in the dark
Does the job perfectly, easy to attach, feels secure over over rough terrain and potholes we all encounter with fear of being unhinged and lost to the road. The light is really bright and I've noticed cars slow down much more when I use during the day and on flashing mode I have to remember to switch off for approaching horses as it can cause them to spook!!
My only gripe us the rear light fixing mechanism which relies on a rubber band system which I fear could fail and the light getting lost on rough terrain, but so far so good it has remained securely fixed on a dozen long rides now.
The front light charges roughly in the same time it is used for on flashing mode at least. I've used it on 2hr rides and I find it recharging fully (it has a helpful red/green light indicator to tell you when fully charged) within the 2hr timespan it was used for, so that's good for commuters that need to recharge between am and PM commutes.

DYZI rechargeable bike lights
These lights are of superior quality compared to most others. Robust, extremely bright, excellent beam length. Fully usb rechargeable & can also be used as a power bank to recharge your mobile phone several times. They recharge very quickly & last upto 8 hours with continuous use. The ONLY fault i could find is that the rear light fixing isn't quite as secure as the front light, but that's just me being very picky. DYZI fully rechargeable lights
Bought a set for myself but ended up giving them to my daughter who was just starting her new job and cycling was preferred commute these past few months have seen the lights tested well they have great battery life and power easy to use and fit with ease.
She said before using the lights cars would push by now with the lights even in sunny weather they can be seen easily no problem at all with not being seen.
Just purchased another pair for me I'm that pleased with the item.

Great lights until it rained
I used these lights once on a short bike ride with no problems, in fact they were very good. However it rained overnight and I found the rear light to be full of water droplets and it no longer worked. After drying it with very gentle heat over a day, it started working again but two of the LEDs are still not working. Its been a week now and its still the same.
