Yoga, Like I Have NEVER Experienced.....

Shiva Rea Daily Energy Vinyasa Flow Yoga DVD is AWESOME!!! She has us do moves that made me sweat and that is definitely a good thing when working out and the next day, my abdominals were sore (I love that!!). She has great explanations when describing the moves so they're easy to understand; she also tells you that there are less strenuous ways to do the moves if you are a beginner or have physical issues that do not permit you to do a fully exerted move. Shiva has a truck-load of credentials and it is really evident in her techniques of teaching and in her movements. There are PLENTY of practices from which to chose, as well. I am so happy I found this DVD through researching "best yoga dvd's 2017".....This one gets 5-Stars and 2 thumbs up!!!Read full review
