Mixed feelings

Let's start off by saying this product cost $10. It arrived in Brownell's packaging, which leads me to believe it is actually Daniel Defense. It's feels like cheap plastic, was very tight on the rail but did fit a standard Picatinny. I've never heard of airsoft from Daniel Defense but I can't imagine a product for an AR being secured with only plastic. Even magpul uses aluminum set screws. That being said, it cost $10. Would I take it into battle? F@&$ No! Is it good enough for the range? Absolutely. I probably won't keep it on forever, but I would recommend it for the price.Read full review

Okay grip

This is an Ok grip. The plastic is not the best quality. The insert in particular is cheap plastic and cinches on unconventionally as it has 2 humps that hug a groove on the rail, rather than a notch or screw that goes between 2 of them. This would be a smart design, however the cut out for the rail is REALLY tight. Because of this, when you MANAGE to slide the grip down to the position you want it, and try to tighten it, there is no way to determine if it is locking into place around the grooves of the rail, or just cinching onto the rail due to pressure. Due to how difficult it is to get it up/down/on/off the rail alone, this probably wont be an issue. There is ZERO flex and or play once its on which is whats most important, so if you're looking for a cheap, budget grip, this will definitely get the job done. However it is probably better for airsoft than an actually rifle.Read full review

Tight

Bought item for a quad rail to replace the Magpul grip I currently have. It is a very well made handle but I needed to file it a lot to get it to slide over rail. Once in place it is not moving! Some others have also said they needed to do the same but others not. I guess it matters who originally manufactured your rail. But like most things AR you are probably going to have to "re engineer" things. Overall I am pleased with the product.Read full review

DD Grip

The fit on my rails was perfection the Non sequiter. It slips on easily, although it can be a challenge to center for tightening. There are times when tightening can take a few tries. Once one, it is a rock solid platform. It provides a sure grip. I only wish I really knew who made these, because they can't be DD.Read full review

Doesn’t fit some pic rails.....

For $10 it’s ok but it didn’t fit my Aero Precision Quad Rail, way too tight! I was able to file and modify it but I didn’t like the fit. It’s now in my box o parts..... Can’t recommend!

Great vertical grip

Great quality product for the price. Attaches like a rock and easy to install. Again for the price I have no complaints. I do not use the storage as I use my trigger grip for this however if you use this grip for storage it will come loose when you go to retrieve your batteries ect. Easy to tighten up again.Read full review

Get a Good Grip

This fits my Daniel Defense Rail System perfectly. No tools are needed for installation or removal. It's easily adjusted fore/aft and tightens down very securely. While this fore-grip gives me the extra length of grip that I was wanting, the grip was a little slippery for me so I wrapped mine with some Jessup Grip-tape....now it has the grip I want as well.

I am very pleased with my purchase of this well built Fore-grip.

Quality Product

This Daniel Defense foregrip is made of hard plastic with enough checkering to give you a good grip. Installation is very easy, just a matter of twisting off the lower part of the handle, positioning the foregrip on your picatinny rail then twisting the lower cap to tighten the grip on the rail. It's that simple. I highly recommend it.Read full review

So So vert grip

The grip required considerable effort with a leverage tool in the slot to get it tight on the rail w/o any wiggle in it. Once its tight it stays tight but To open the storage also loosens the grip again. I would recommend spending a few xtra bucks on some other grip if one also wants ease of parts or battery storage.Read full review
