Works but is weak
This is a low voltage electric fence charger described as a “ Low Impedance” type. It might work for small animals, but it doesn’t work for animals with thick fur because the voltage is too low to jump the gap. Unless a deer touches the wire with their nose, they won’t make contact and the deterrent will be ineffective. I prefer the conventional fence charger.Read full review
