Excellent variety & value for money

I now have 6 of Davina's fitness DVD's and they all deliver a great workout but this one is exceptionally good! I love the fact that there are 5 different sections that offer great variety and are also pretty challenging and as each one is around 20 minutes long you can 'mix & match' how many/which ones you do thereby creating your own individual workout which you can change as little or as often as you like. If you are short on time just do a mini workout of 1 or 2 sections or if you really want to go for it then do all the sections and give yourself just under a 2 hour intensive workout (including warm-up & cool-down sections). Exceptionally good value for money that's for sure. Of all the celebrity workouts on the market (and I have tried quite a few) Davina and her personal trainers certainly deliver - good music tracks to work out to as well.Read full review
