An Excellent Product!

Both the hardware and software were an easy install. After configuring the proper COM port, communication occurred immediately. The only negative aspect of this product is its RF susceptibility. As an Amateur Radio Operator who issues reports on a daily basis, experiencing computer lockup was disconcerting. The problem was ameliorated by the use of a laptop dedicated for that purpose, thus freeing up my main computer with the lockup problem.
