Concrete Paddle Mixer
Well, I was putting down a base for a Shed in the garden, this would use about thirty bags of Ballast and Cement. I have a back problem so I wasn't looking forwards to mixing up this by hand. I was looking to hire a Cement Mixer, but found this on eBay, so as it was really inexpensive decided to give it a try and I am glad I did, it worked really well.
Dry mixing Ballast and Cement, didn't work very well at all, as I felt the Mixer didn't have enough power, so started to add water to the mix and WOW, it worked a treat.
It took me about three hours to mix and lay thirty bags of Ballast/Cement, I was really impressed, For what it is, the quality/Price was really good and it did everything I needed, so I would reccommend it, I would not reccomend it to use in big jobs though, but for what I used it for, it performed perfectly, and more importantly to me, my back didn't suffer afterwards, Five Stars!Read full review...
