I have been wearing Premier Eye Serum for years! There 2 Premiers that I found!

I first bought Premier Eye Serum from Amazon for about $18.00 & it worked great but when the price rose up to the hundreds of dollars I quit. Over the past little while I could tell I haven't used it. I started looking for it again & found the price under $100 I was thrilled. The Premier Eye Serum I received is from the United States Lab not Israel. The eye serum I received did not mention Israel on the box or bottle. This eye serum does to me what another customer wrote about making around the skin around her eyes scaly. The eye serum from Israel made make the skin around eye look so smooth & hydrated.
