Followed directions but I should've kept it in longer. Curls turned out like Beach Waves even though I purchased Perm Rollers for curls. I have damaged hair so even though I was supposed to take them out earlier I kept them in for 25 minutes. I still should've kept them in about 30-35. My hair is in decent shape and I lighten my hair. I didn't Lighten until 9 days after Perm. Waves stayed in. I actually blow dry straight and it's nice and full again. I lost hair volume due to meds, or lack of. Definitely a very good product, but if you deep condition days before make sure you know your hair so you can decide how damaged it actually is and you might have to keep perm lotion in longer for a more defined curl if that's what you're afterRead full review...
