Denon MCX8000

Having just seen the previous review we felt it necessary to qualify the feedback.

When we got our first mcx8000 it didn’t work properly and we had no idea why. Neither did the uk customer support.

But they went through a process with us and after a replacement unit all has been fine. Thanks to persistence from the customer support at denon, the retailer and us.

So to review the controller that IS working.

We all love it. It works well and is easy to find your way around.

Our only criticism would be of the denon engine software which is worse than useless. So, to date, we haven’t really been able to take advantage of the cool usb standalone facilities.

We have had some glitches whilst performing but fairly easy to work with and they are most down to the dj software.
