Pretty Solid Album
Fronted by Bright Eyes creator Conor Oberst, Desaparecidos create a heavier sound than Bright Eyes, whilst still retaining a distinct element of their sound. Although a rather short album of 10 tracks, the vast majority hold their own, with particular stand out songs from Manana, The Happiest Place On Earth and Hole In One. However, the album does seem to be lacking in range with many of the songs taking a rather similar sound to one another.Read full review...

Hands down the best album Conor Oberst will ever make. Desaparecidos existed, as most bands should, for a short amount of time. Released 12 songs. Played a few shows and....stopped. Perfect.
