Does the job, good value with this deal

The batteries are genuine DeWalt, and all 5 took a top-up charge with no problem. Each had a different charge level when received but each was fully charged in 40 minutes. All work well with my tools (drills and impact drivers) and I anticipate they will give a good lifetime duration. Handy when my larger capacity batteries get discharged, they recharge very quickly compared with the 5AH ones so can be quickly recharged while the bigger ones are charging separately. And their smaller height means the tools can get into tight spaces better than the larger capacity batteries. Excellent so far, I will update if anything changes.Read full review

What a difference between these and the cheaper substitutes. I would say that these outlast the non-branded 4.0ah and give the 5.0ah a close run!
